Despite the fact that making this second post was necessitated by slow loading times and the limitations of the website, I think it still works out well. We’re at almost exactly half the year, half the birds and half the pages at this point. Hopefully the second half is just as enjoyable as the first!
Just a beautiful bird doing it’s thing. I’m guessing they stick their necks in the water to scout out where the fish are before diving down.
I missed the majority of the encounter with this, and the quality is poor, but still worth seeing even a little bit of this crazy conflict
